Toronto. The Cloud SQL Postgres audit log and Firestore tenant data both run in northamerica-northeast2. Each customer's records are encrypted at rest with their own KMS data-encryption key — even Aura's engineers can't read them in bulk.
Do my clients have to install anything?
No. They text the same number you give them today. From their side, it looks like they're texting you — because they are. Aura is on your side of the conversation, not theirs.
What happens if a lead asks something Aura can't handle?
It routes the conversation to you with full context — under sixty seconds. You can take over from your phone or the dashboard mid-conversation; Aura steps back automatically the moment it detects you're typing.
WhatsApp Business API — how long does approval take?
Three to five business days, end-to-end. We handle the application paperwork with Meta. While approval is in progress, the Twilio sandbox works immediately — your testers join a code and you can demo the full flow.
How does the AI disclosure work?
Every outbound message includes a one-line plain-English statement that the recipient is being assisted by AI. That statement is auto-injected platform-side; it can't be turned off. It's how we satisfy TRESA 2026 and CRTC's emerging AI-transparency rules.
Can I take Aura with me if I switch brokerages?
Yes. Your contacts, OAuth connections, audit log, custom skills, and call history all move with you. Aura is your software, not your brokerage's. We can transfer it to a new account in under an hour.
What does it actually cost beyond the monthly fee?
